Live Radio

Most radio is broadcast live.  Live radio is often interactive, with listeners calling in and becoming part of an ongoing discussion on a subject.  Other live radio shows have games for callers to win prizes, or radio shows wherein callers can ask a question of an expert on a wide variety of subjects.  Live radio can also include news broadcasts, or specialty talk shows.  Many sports talk shows are broadcast live and feature guests and callers.  Live radio encompasses a wide variety of subjects and formats and are popular because listeners want to stay involved and included in the show.
